For existing processes must be improved.This paper introduces the notary inspection instruments in China’s basic situation, through to the national cotton HVI Zhoukou laboratory instruments of the notarization examines research, using process management process theory of existing processes are analyzed, in the original process program is not clear, management confusion, handing over such complicated issues, through the process optimization make HVI inspection of every links in cohesion is more reasonable, running more unobstructed. This article USES the charts, the form of a flowchart, realize laboratory management work visualization, standardization, effectively reduce the faults in the work, make the laboratory operations more scientific, reasonable and efficient, and to form a set of suitable for mainland HVI laboratory management method and work procedures.
