Abstract


This article depicts the reliability of mechanical system of the domestic and foreign, proposes the reliability of automobile components with JC methods. Due to the characters of automobile components, it is inconvenience that the value of reliability analysis be gotten by means of experimentation just as what be done to electric parts. As a result, it becomes vital important that the questions of reliability of automobile components be solved in theory. In order to accommodate to the modern automobile components designing, and make it more practical and more rational, in this paper more attention are paid on researching the reliability and optimization design theoretically of automobile components. The primary content of this paper are as follows.(1)It introduced the reliability theory and numerical method of structure, the reliability theory and numerical method of system, and the basic concept and solution method of the reliability optimization design.(2)The reliability-based design theory of automobile components is proposed. The reliability of vehicle components is obtained by using JC method when basic random variables are normal distribution or non-normal distribution. And the reliability of vehicle components also can be obtained by using JC method of correlation coefficient when basic random variables is Related. And further the reliability optimization design model of automobile components is proposed.(3)Carried on the analysis to the concrete example, separately to fore-axle, rear-axle, bolt, gear, link bar, torsion bar, Banjo flange, axle flange, draw bar, multi-leaf springs and semi-axle of the automobile essential spare part, and carried on the reliability calculation. And Monte-Carlo simulation of direct sampling and other methods were compared to verify the correctness.(4)Carried on the analysis to the concrete example, separately to fore-axle, rear-axle, bolt, gear, link bar, torsion bar, Banjo flange, axle flange, draw bar, multi-leaf springs and semi-axle of the automobile essential spare part, carried on the reliability optimization design. (5)The reliability-based design software for vehicle components is made, very convenience for calculation, practical and effective. The reliability of design information can be obtained quickly and accurately.The calculation and analysis on the average reliability of JC methods of automobile components for calculating the reliability of them also provide a similar theory to solve the problem of calculation accuracy. Through specific examples of verification of the correctness of the theory of practicality and, as well as automobile components in practical engineering calculation provides a theoretical basis.Because the reliability theories realms of the automobile components involve a lot of contents and are so difficult, some problems should be studied further in the future.
