Abstract


With the rapid development of science technology, the social environment changes at very fast speed. Uncertain factors and qualities of construction engineering project are manifold increasingly;in addition, the quality management of construction engineering project has not method system for reference. During the process of project management, most of people deal with things by right of their experiences. The scale of expense lead by qualities is larger and larger. All of these promote people of scientific research and management to pay more attention to the quality management of construction engineering project either in theory or in practice.This text expatiate the relevant knowledge of the quality and quality management theories at first. On the base of the quality study of the home and overseas scholars, establish the process of quality management. In this paper, through quality- analysis according to the practice condition in construct engineering, the paper established the quality index system of construction engineering project in six aspects: Social quality , natural quality, financial quality, organization cooperating quality, design quality and construction quality, and the mathematical model for multi-level comprehensive evaluation of construction engineering project quality with the methods of multi-level analysis combining with fuzzy theory, A example of evaluation on construct project quality shows the specific steps of this method and its validity. At last Countermeasure will be put forward according to the productions of predecessor and the method of quality management will be applied effectively into the practice of construction engineering project.There are many problems in quality management of construction project, which are still worth researching. Much groundwork, such as quality identification and analysis, is very important. The method of quality analysis and assessment will be more perfect by being put into the practice. The emphasis of quality management is practicability. Therefore the thesis tries to provide a practical method for transportation project management, and modify it to be more perfect in the practice.
