Abstract

Rural culture displays the simplicity and clemency custom，showing a natural，simple and unique cultural character. This culture not only contains naturalistic idea，such as “Harmony between man and nature”，but also has “hasten blessing avoidsdisaster” folk religion；It not only contains simple moral values，such as “crowregurgitation-feeding， lamb kneeling milk”， but also has good communicationprinciple，such as “out with friends，help one another in defense work”；It not onlycontains placid attitude towards life，but also has a promising future hope. The ruralculture is the Chinese unique life style of the basic background and inner structure. Itnot only exhibits a peculiar close emotion among the farmers，but also provides theChinese farmers a mighty spiritual support， which help them keep unremittingself-improvement，strong faith to survive，in the long and arduous environment.However，the idea of“eastward spread of western culture”which based on the modernrationality and progress，doesn’t contribute to the development of our country traditionalrural culture.During the period，although Liang Shuming，Yan Yangchu，Tao Xingzhi and otherscholars devoted to rescue the village culture construction practice，the reality still cannot change. At the initial stage of the People’s Republic of China，the rural culturegradually became to be more scientific，democratic and popular. However，through ahigh degree of political control of cultural transformation，the national executive powerrestricted the farmer’s choice，contused their labor enthusiasm，weakened the power ofsocial developing mechanism，blocked the rural social development.After reform and opening up，the rural social structure and social class to producechanges ceaselessly，which open the modern rural construction course. In this newstage，the rural culture also produce historic profound change and transition. The idea ofthe subject of rural culture，rural social cultural value and belief system，rural culture，rural culture，form structure of rural culture carrier all change. The farmers’ ruralcultural identity is increasingly alienated，villagers’ individual value orientation is increasingly complex and changeful，people no longer have local ethical cognition andmoral standard， the traditional rural morality manifests fragmentation andmarginalization. Cultural value once lost the culture itself will become emptinessinevitably，the human mind will scatter，and affect the people’s living order，stabilityand harmony. Therefore，we must reconstruct the rural cultural values.The realization of cultural value fundamentally depends on the culture degree thatpeople agree. If the farmers can not maximally reach accreditation on rural culture，therural culture value reconstruction will lose its theoretical extension. First，we shouldstrengthen the identity to traditional rural culture，and then develop the traditionalculture reasonably，restore of rural area as social culture organisms exist basic dignity，establish farmer’s cultural confidence. Second，we should cultivate civic politicalculture，foster the farmers’ modern civic awareness，and strive to build a modern ruralsocial citizens cultural identity. Third，we also should strengthen the multiculturalinteraction，maintain rural culture individuality development. In Rural society，themulticultural interaction phenomena can not only promote to establish the farmer“subjectivity”，but also can improve the farmers’ personality developing freely. Also，the multicultural interaction phenomena are the most important factor on reconstructingthe value of rural culture，innovating rural culture，and promoting the development ofrural society.Education is the “life mechanism”，rural education is not only confined to teach thefarmer and rural youth how to survive，but also should cultivate their civilization view，world view，provide them with practical reading resources and positive spirit to lead，guide them correctly to understand their production，the inheritance，and civilizationwhich created by themselves，correctly to cognitive and treat their own rural space，topursue the meaning and value of “existence”，thus to open truly rich and vivid life worldand cultivate their strong sense of identity and reliance for the local culture.This is to maintain the local feature of the rural education，improve the ruraleducation，enhance the level of rural teachers，guarantee the rural youth’s basic rights todevelop adequately，and as much as possible show the possibility to reconstruct therural culture and rural way of life in the current teaching material system. Rural culture value reconstruction is a huge systematic project， involvingagriculture production and improving farmer’s life，related to the construction onmaterial civilization，social civilization，political civilization，spiritual civilization，ecological civilization. Therefore，to reconstruct village culture value effectively，theinternal aspects of the rural society must be integrated more scientifically. First，toadhere to Marxism，in order to achieve the mainstream ideology of our socialismleading rural culture value，ensure rural culture development trend in the future andvalue orientation. Second，to determinate the confusing moral value standard andconstruct a new code of ethics，cultivating the rural civilization. Third，standing in thepublic culture basis，reconstruct rural culture value in the farmers daily life.Re-establishing village culture value， rural culture is endowed with newconnotation，thus rural culture can expand its developing power，enhance their culturalinfluence. The rural culture is a new culture which should inherit traditional culture，notlimit to rural area，and it should take the harmony as the core value，provide service forthe socialist new rural construction. As an important spiritual power，it can help keepthe prosperity and developing of modern rural social.The ideal is to realize the farmers cultural consciousness，impel them to understandand be familiar with their rural culture，inheriting and holding together their excellentculture keeping vigilance to the contemporary new cultures，against all “he”，opposingto blindly follow the trend. Only cultivate the farmer’s cultural consciousness，achievethe core concept of the deep-seated cultural identity，we can establish rural socialcommon ideal faith and concentrate personnel，maintaining stability，national unity，integration，harmonious.
