Abstract


Human resource and the development of human resouce play an important role in the development of a country. Therefore if the human resource issue is not concerned, it will affect the economic development of the country. In Vietnam the process of innovating and developing the country has changed positively and drammatically in recent years, which make people have new view.Human is considered as valuable resources and the future owners of the country.As well as many central coastal provinces, with the situation of economic development in Quang Ngai province, there are still limitations in human resource development issue. Therefore, preparing a strategy of developing human resource and carrying out it effectively in all fields of social life can improve the quality of human resource and competence ability. It is aslo a main condition for the province to develop stably. With the direction, the tractate has carried out systematizing reasoning relating to the situation of using human resource and applied to research on the situation of human resource in Quang Ngai provice.Since then it gives some feasible plans.
