Self development runs throughout the development of the entire life, at the same time, it is also theimportant areas of psychological research. Self development is closely related to the mental resilience andself-worth, and has important influence on the development of the individual. This study is aim to analyzestudents’ self-worth and basic situation of psychological resilience, demology characteristics in terms of itscharacteristics and validation of self-worth can predict psychological resilience. Combined with theresearch purpose and research at home and abroad, this paper use the general self-worth questionnaire (SES)and adolescent psychological recovery power table. Selecting the students of seventh to ninth grade. Thetotal is326junior middle school students as subjects, to use T test, variance analysis, discusses the juniormiddle school students self-worth and the psychological resilience in the differences of demographicvariables, using correlation analysis and regression analysis examines the middle school students’self-worth and the psychological resilience each component of the relationships between tables. Thisresearch conclusion are as follows:First, the junior middle school students with higher self-worth. Junior middle school students sense ofself-worth on whether the one-child, gender, parents’ educational level there is no significant difference.Second, junior high school students have high psychological resilience.Third, self-worth psychological resilience and various dimensions of all dimensions have significantpositive correlation. Self-worth could significantly predict mental resilience.According to the results of this study, from three aspects: school, family and society to take activemeasures to promote the development of junior middle school students mental health, to put forward theSuggestions:First of all, in terms of school education, to pay attention to students’ self development, attaches greatimportance to the school social support; Experience success and confidence.Second, on the aspect of family education, learn to communicate can help children establish importantpeople in your life, and providing sufficient emotional support and attention for frustration education,createa harmonious family atmosphere.
