Abstract


Along with the development of science and technology, more and more fields need convection dimension or flow control accuracy. Especially modern medical field of intravenous infusion velocity and the requirement of nursing. Use portable intelligent infusion, patients can be eliminated during transfusion free activities, the patient because of long-term bed or meditation to body discomfort, also avoid the traditional way of infusion inconvenience, In the wild, war, emergency circumstances use simple, reliable, and can greatly reduce the waste of human resources. Accurate control of the solution and fluid infusion, and to speed the process of abnormal condition of monitoring alarm, and timely access automatic infusion, prevent infusion of accidents. Portable applications of syringe wisdom to help ease the medical personnel working strength, improve the safety, accuracy and infusion of medical personnel working efficiency.This article chooses stepping motor driven motor as infusion pump, based on the advantages and disadvantages of currently used infusion pump, choose DG - 1 disk peristaltic pump, puts forward a new design. The hardware circuit by using microcontroller C8051F005 as control core and using integrated chips L297 and L298 to drive stepping motor driver circuit, and design a. Through the button control stepping motor speed and number of revolutions of transfusion speed control and infusion. Stepping motor and the connection between the infusion pump head connected by rubber realization, can alleviate infusion of stepping motor pulse vibration.Through the comparison of the photoelectric, capacitive and ultrasonic 3 kinds of process of testing method of air, the supersonics wave inspecting method for detecting the ideal infusion tube air. According to the work principle, the supersonics wave inspecting method for detecting the specific requirements of tubing bubbles, ultrasonic detection sensor probe bubble bubble, and the feasibility of the rational analysis and verification. The design of ultrasonic transducer and the structure and signal processing circuits, can achieve double bubble detection function.Users through controlling the keyboard and LCD can easily parameters Settings of infusion, Power monitoring and alarm prompt function improved the reliability and safety system, Temperature compensation function reduced solution temperature is too low to the infusion of discomfort, Parameter Settings memory function shows the humanized design system.
