Time management is a kind of work and life in order to art, it can give us asense of direction and work achievement. Teacher’s time management is animportant topic in teacher education and teaching management and Reform inprimary and middle schools. Rational management and utilization of teacher’stime, can increase the classroom thinking gold content, improve the effectiveutilization of time, the leading and guiding teachers use and manage educationtime.This paper is divided into four part discusses "the problems andCountermeasures of primary and secondary school teachers in timemanagement".The first part, expounds the existing in the theory and practice of teachertime management in primary and secondary schools, the main problem is: theteachers teaching tasks, the idea of education lag, thinking seriously,consumption and waste their time. The teacher time planning ability is not strong,more temporary, transactional work, organizing is too frequent, influence anddestruction of the teacher’s time. Additional crowding and diversion work time,influence teachers’ scientific and rational arrangement of work, study and lifetime. Evaluation of the quality of school education, education and the utilitarian,pressurizing the balanced development of education and the quality education forteachers to increase. Unfair competition in society and schools, unreasonabledemand of students and parents, teachers work time prolonged, the lack ofpsychological care, extra work burden, cause the teacher occupation burnout andmental illness. Teacher’s time management ability is not strong, lack of scientificmanagement of their own time waste and cost effective of the teaching time.Through the exposition of these questions, this paper selected topic backgroundand the research significance in theory and practice, and elaborated on the ideasand methods.The second part, the related concept of time management and teachers’ timemanagement, defining the scientific standard, Provide the theoretical foundationfor effective articles and powerful argument.The third part, in view of the existing problems in the current teacher’s timemanagement, questionnaire survey and depth interview of different length ofteaching teachers, particularly relates to the "seven aspects of teachers’ sense oftime value, time planning ability, ability of time control, time to assess theability, social pressure, School pressure, teachers’ management" problems etc.seriously summing up and analyzing. Through the survey and interviews ofteachers in primary and middle schools, time management problems in-depthand detailed analysis and research, provide an effective basis for primary and secondary school teachers in time management, and the problems and thereasons were analyzed, concluded and summarized.The fourth part, based on "teacher’s time management and School ofteacher’s time management" two dimensions, discussed the maincountermeasures for solving the problems of primary and secondary schoolteachers in time management. Teachers should pay attention to the cultivation oftheir consciousness of time management, time management methods and skills,good time management habits, at the same time, pay attention to the classroomtime management, pursue the efficiency of classroom teaching, to improve thevalidity of time management. The school should establish a people-oriented,teacher’s autonomous development of time management, constructs the schooltime management system, scientific and rational arrangement of the schooleducation teaching time. The school should construct effective teaching mode,optimize the classroom time, create efficient classroom, to reduce the burden onteachers, pay attention to the physical and the mental health of teachers, improveteachers’ occupation well-being, to provide effective countermeasures to solvethe existing problems of primary and secondary teachers’ time management.
