Abstract


At present our country is in a period of rapid development, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the economy of our country has made great achievements, has become the most dynamic economies in the world, Chinese people’s living standard has been an unprecedented increase. Economic development of the whole society to maintain and promote economic and social sustainable development to form a more advanced moral culture system, the dual requirements of the material level and the cultural level of our country’s current output talent agency level is a big test.The Confucian thought of "benevolence" natural to fit the current concept of a harmonious society, not only contribute to the reconstruction of the moral order of society of our country in social ethics, more importantly among young people to cultivate a love and the core of the new world outlook and outlook on life, are for the good of others, create a I for all, all for a harmonious society. As the output mechanism of our socialist construction talent is the most important, university plays an important role in cultivating talents of have both ability and political integrity. College counselors as the daily ideological and political education managers and practitioners, also known as the development of college students healthy life mentor, plays an important role in the healthy development of college students, therefore from one side, college counselors to the essence of the Confucian "benevolence" thought in the daily work of the collar, and reference and application thoughts of the Confucian "benevolence" theory of Cultivating College Students’ healthy personality and noble moral will become need an education, has important social significance, but also a need for our country university instructor troop construction and development, is the need of counselor education theory development.In this paper, the study of Confucian benevolence thought is mainly divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the Confucian benevolence thought application in the work of College Counselors in the research background, research significance, research status and research methods and innovative points; the second part mainly analyzes some thoughts from the concept and basic theory; the third part analysis of importance and necessity and discusses the benevolence thought applied to the work of counselors from two aspects of necessity and importance; the fourth part is the core content of this article, the part from the benevolence thoughts lead content of Ideological and political education, working concept, sublimation counselors benevolence with benevolence thought to optimize students’ management from three aspects specific analysis of Confucian kindheartedness is. how to apply the work of counselors.
