Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education and the reform ofcollege system in our country, the problem of poor college students has become thefocus and hot issues of common concern to the government, society and universities.For economic difficulties of poor students in colleges and universities, the party andGovernment, who attaches great importance and concern, has implemented adiversified financial aid system. The system helps this special group complete theirstudies from giving them the great economic level support. But along with thedevelopment of financial aid for poor students, the spirit level has revealed anincreasing number of psychological and ideological issues as well as capacitydevelopment issues, which is seriously affecting their growth and success. Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen ideological and political education of the poor students.Then, what are the problems and deficiencies of ideological and political education ofthe poor students in agricultural and forestry universities in today? And whatmeasures we should take to solve these problems and enhance the actual effect ofIdeological and political education? This is a realistic problem faced by the wholesociety, but also the article study and try to solve the problem.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction, which laysthe foundation for the study of the problem, mainly analyzes the problems of poorcollege students research background and research results at home and abroad, andthen puts forward the research significance and the thoughts of this paper.The second part is the analysis of status quo of poverty students in agriculturaland forestry universities. Based on how to scientifically define the poor students ofthe Agricultural and Forestry University, the author investigates the problems ofpoverty students in the China Agricultural University and Fujian Agriculture AndForestry University, and focuses on the analysis of the psychological and ideologicalcharacteristics of poor college students, thus puts forward the necessity and urgencyof strengthening agriculture and forestry high school ideological and politicaleducation of poor students. The necessity is mainly analyzed from the aspects of thecomprehensive development of poor students, higher education reform smoothly, the construction of harmonious campus and society, as well as the implementation of the"agriculture through science and education" policy.The fourth part is the analysis of the problem of ideological and politicaleducation of poor students in agriculture and forestry colleges and its causes. Articlefrom ideological guidance and financial assistance out of touch, lack of specificity ofthe educational content and educational channel not free to discuss the current mainproblems of poor college students’ education. Then from inadequate cognition of poorcollege students, as well as their economic and mental support configurationunreasonable, lack of education resultant force for cause analysis.The last part, which is mainly from the aspects of concept innovation, optimizingcontent and channel development, constructs the mechanism to explore thecountermeasures, is the focus of this paper, is also the purpose of this paper.
