Abstract


With more than10years of college rear-service socialization reform, the logistics staff should be more clear in the thought of the direction of the further development and the work objectives in college service.College logistics service must always adhere to the basic direction which invovled university teaching, scientific research, and staff service for teachers and students, take the thought of university logistics characteristic service "all for education" as the starting point, focus on the large network of education, find a kind of more big range of university logistics service understanding with more perspectives, explore and research university logistics service strategy also establish more practical standards. In short, college logistics work should try to build up a service environment which is conducive to mutual communication between people,coordination between human and nature, intertwining between human and culture in order to achieve and meet the logistics service "people-oriented" concept, to complete the subject of high quality, and high efficiency service.This paper mainly embarks from the angle which adapts to the development of the college, meets growing demand for service of teachers and students, and raises the level of college rear-service guarantee work to explain the function and meaning of University logistic work in college development. Trying to find ways and means of improving logistics management through analysis of the current situation of logistics management and an in-depth study on the facing prominant problem.The article is separately from the parts of the execution construction, cost control, culture construction, team construction and so on, sysmatically put forward to the autor’s research conclusion of improving the level of scientific management in college logistics.
