Abstract


With the problem of university students’ employment is more and more serious，itaroused widespread concern, all sectors of the community of our country began toexpress higher requirements of college students’ Employability. The success of collegestudents’ employment is not only the realization of personal value of life but also isuseful for the construction of harmonious society. The capability of the employment inthe ascension is the premise of the college students’ smooth employment. The collegestudents’ employment ability training work of the universities is the key to improve thecapability of the employment of the college students. Therefore, to strengthen collegestudents’ employment ability training work has important practical significance.Objective management is with work results for the behavior orientation, itadvocates group firstly have working target, then have working content. The overallgoal is to determine the decomposition of its completion, and then assigned to the lowerorganizations, equipped with the corresponding working staff to work target for surepeople based on the content of the work. Finally, judge the goal of the implementationof the results. Based on the perspective of the theory of objective management,according to the literature analysis, we can find that, at present our country collegestudents’ employment ability training work is widespread lack of students’ trainingobjectives and contents of the deep research, lack of full-time organization, teacherscan’t meet the requirements, the number of the lack of necessary hardware facilities,serious shortages of financial investment, etc. Investigate its reason, mainly lies in thelack of college students’ employment ability training to the attention of the collegestudents’ employment ability, training mechanism is not sound wait for a reason.This article concerns about the present condition of college students’ employmentability training work, on this basis, analyses its necessity of college students’employment ability training work with objective management and makes a furtherstrategy analysis of objective management to draw a conclusion: Arise the universities’training consciousness, clear the higher education target and training content,constructing determine organization, equipped with teachers, improve teachers’incentive mechanism. In the meantime，this article focuses on the target throughbibliographic searching and integrating theory with practice, and attempt to gain aninnovation and a breakthrough in the training of university students’ employability based on objective management. The paper also strive to have a further study and abetter practice in the same program．
