Abstract


Performance management system designing is the precondition and core of setting up human resource system of modern enterprises, which is crucial to the strategy and competitive power of an organization. For this, it has been adopted and valued by more and more corporations and organizations.On the background of the non-profits reformation,to promote the performance management level and the whole administrative capacity, this thesis research putting the performance management theory into the performance management program of H college. By means of the special research, we can provide one thinking and some reference to other similar organizations.This thesis uses questionnaire, document inquiry, special inquiry and so on.First, I realize the performance management situation of the teachers from H college; Second, I understand several research achievement from documents. Third, on the basis of the before two, I redesign a new performance management scheme for the teachers from H college. The scheme is more scientific and more effective than the original, which enhances the teachers’enthusiasm and improve the whole management standard.From the redesign, we can get the conclusion:the effective performance management, which combines the whole college strategy with individual work target, is an integrated system operated step by step. And the system can achieve the target of the college and the apartments by means of emphasizing the communication, feedback and influence.Performance management has mature and systemic theory. It will be an exploration and innovation about how to combine theory with practice and serve for practice.
