Abstract


The college archives management level is one important indicator to measure the Universities ability. Especially in the current college archives as an important information resource, role in the construction and development of colleges and universities will become increasingly prominent. At present, the file management system of colleges and universities in China to be further enhanced. Performance management as one of the the world’s most advanced management theory, its logic is rigorous and thorough program, to Records archives cause injection of fresh blood. Implementation of archival work performance management, objective, fair and reasonable assessment of the archival work at all levels of organizations, in particular the performance of employees, raising the overall level of archival work to improve file their own quality and operational capacity, there is a good role, while promoting.Based on LZ university archives as an example, from the related theories of performance, in the introduction about the present situation of performance management of college archives, on the basis of analyzing the LZ university archives of performance management of the status quo and reasons of the effect not beautiful, and finally in the principle of construction of university archives performance management system, basic steps, implementation and management is given his own view.
