Abstract


The contradiction of difficult employment of graduates and serious shortage offirst-line practical talents still exists, though the rapid development of secondaryvocational education over the past decade. To improve education quality, in2004,"Theguidance scheme on the training of deficient skill-oriented talents of vocational schools"which put out by ministry of education introduced a "systematic workprocess"and"instructional project"curriculum model. Currently, the project curriculumbecomes an important part of the vocational education curriculum reform, and workprocess-oriented teaching as an important guiding ideology.Work process-oriented instructional design of project curriculum is a hot researchtopic in Vocational and Technical Education and Educational Technology. Through theinvestigation by questionnaire, we found that instructional design difficulty in workprocess-oriented project curriculum practice is a major problem for teachers invocational schools. In this paper, reffering teaching though of constructivism theory andresearch results in project teaching，we studied the meaning of analysis results of workprocess and instructional design elements of project curriculum and their relationship,and the work process-oriented project curriculum instructional design which focuses onteaching objectives, learning resources, learning activities and learning environment.For inspecting the scientific and feasibility of the work process-orientedinstructional design of project curriculum, we use the curriculums "Enterprise LocalArea Network Construction and Maintenance" and "Computer Assembly andMaintenance" as two objects to design a number of cases, which can provide vocationalschool teachers operational guidance to effectively guide and support the projectcurriculum teaching practice in vocational education.
