Abstract


Country economy is a comprehensive and regional basic unit in China’s nationaleconomy. This special economy is the basic carrier about building moderatelyprosperous society in future. In recent years, GuCheng country’s economy hasachieved a certain degree of development, but compared with the entire nationaleconomy there are still fairly far behind. At present, the level of economicdevelopment of GuCheng country is low. The medium vocational education whichprovides the enterprise with high-skill talents. How to coordinate the development ofthe two plays a irreplaceable role in the economic development of GuCheng country.The paper analyses the existing relational degree between GuCheng county’seconomic development and medium vocational education. This is reflected in thefollowing three parts: The first part is the relationship between the development scaleof medium vocational education and economy in GuCheng country, the second part isthe correlation between the specialty setting and industrial structure, the third part isthe relation between the employment and medium vocational education in Gucheng.The school, government and enterprise fail to sustain deeper cooperation. At the basisof researching the present situation, this paper analyzed the causes of unbalanceddevelopment between GuCheng country economy and medium vocational education.It behaves as follows:1.Not only the lack of funds in medium vocation education, butalso our government on the importance of medium vocational education is not enough.2.the crisis of lacking students.3.the specialty setting is not coordinated with thecountry industrial structure.4.In Gucheng medium vocational schools teachers arepoorly trained. At last, the paper proposed some specific and general advices.1.Foradequate funding, our government needs to broad the financing channels and increasefinancial input.2. Through “school marketing”,students and parents are moreconfident in medium vocational education.3.setting a market-oriented standard forthe specialty setup and adjustment.4.stuandardizing the management of teachers inall aspect and improving the overall quality of them.5. Setting up a mechanismbetween college and enterprise which to achieve a win-win situation.
