Abstract


The WTO is a double-edged sword , and China's accession to the WTO not only bring development opportunities for domestic enterprises , has brought huge economic losses to China's intellectual property rights disputes but also to some extent because of our enterprises . However, we can seize this opportunity , the crisis becomes a turn for the better , and increase investment in the protection of intellectual property rights . The use of the WTO and the pressure given by developed countries to improve the existing serious infringement of intellectual property rights , piracy , counterfeit goods flooding situation . The history of intellectual property rights in China is far behind the developed countries , but after nearly 30 years of unremitting efforts , the development of China 's intellectual property system has basically caught up with the developed countries . Chinese enterprises to enter the international market , a firm foothold in the international arena , we must make great efforts to invest more cost on the protection of intellectual property rights . Competition in modern society is the intellectual property of the competition , the Chinese enterprises to go abroad must be a clear understanding of the importance of intellectual property protection . From the start the analysis of domestic enterprises overseas intellectual property disputes , in order to form and maintain our dominant position in key industries , China's enterprises is necessary to attach importance to protection of intellectual property overseas ; domestic conditions are ripe for China's enterprises also have to pursue overseas intellectual property protection . Intellectual property strategy developed countries and multinational companies in China , Chinese enterprises can be made ??on the basis of summing up their own defects intellectual property protection countermeasures of Chinese enterprises overseas . Enhance the protection awareness , strengthening internal management and talent with the specific to the protection of patents, trademarks , copyrights , domain names , intellectual property protection system in line with the development of Chinese enterprises overseas by the establishment of the inside out .
