Abstract


The dangers of drugs have penetrated our lives , the number of drugs in China has as many as several million people , and is in a rising trend . \As the saying goes : once drugs, decade drug , lifelong want to poison . There are many aspects of the process of anti-drug work , but drug addiction is one of the important aspects . Early virus-free , post - rehabilitation and prevent relapse to drug the most important task . But drugs officers now tends to be more of a younger age , most people do not understand the \According to the June 1, 2008 implementation of the \survey of human dignity in the running of these four modalities of hundreds of drug detoxification , drug addicts rehabilitation employment, labor , education and other equity analysis found that the current law does not expressly provisions , more controversial , and can not provide reasonable protection . The author reflection , practice , and analyzed from different perspectives put forward some suggestions from the refinement of the legal system , improve the legal system , improve the protection of the rights mechanism, improve the forced isolation treatment appliance management mode of drug use and drug correction .
