Abstract


China is a made up of 56 nationalities unified multinational country, it is precisely because the adopted the system of regional ethnic autonomy, make the country ethnic unity and mutual help each other, the prosperity of the country, the state of thriving. Therefore, the system of regional ethnic autonomy as a basic state policy will always exist. The constitution is our country’s basic laws of the constitution, about the system of regional ethnic autonomy research has important significance. This article will use text analysis to constitutional text and regional national autonomy in the related provisions, and then puts forward a brief analysis of the constitution in the text of the system of regional ethnic autonomy terms are reviewed.This paper discusses three parts in the system of regional ethnic autonomy constitutional text analysis, the first part is to constitutional text analysis this analysis method, this paper makes a brief analysis included constitutional text to text analysis, text analysis, constitutional text analysis several the interpretation of the concept, and clear constitutional text analysis of the characteristics of than other analysis method.
