Abstract


Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy and social development, agricultural development is good or bad, a significant impact on the global economic and social development. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the development of rural areas in China, with the development of society as a whole growing gaps. The widening gap between urban and rural areas and social development is uneven increase. Construction of public morality as the basic value of content integrity, equality, justice, respect for human rights, safeguarding the public interest, should make efforts to resolve the foundation, structure and practice as the starting point should be to get rid of \starting point. Differentiation and diversification of the rural social career, and many new issues and new requirements for the construction of rural ethics. Efforts to promote the building of professional ethics in this rural society, should pay attention to standardize commercial transactions, enhance and optimize the village cadres moral; train the farmers' quality of professional ethics should be to build a culture of professionalism and professional conscience focus. Rural family relationships change has also led to a lot of family and moral issues. Solve these problems, should guide farmers to develop with the practice of family virtues and harmonious family. To this end, it must deal with the relationship between tradition and innovation. Moral construction of new rural focus and the difficulty lies in how to build. Strengthen the moral construction of the Party and government organizations in rural areas, improve the rural moral evaluation mechanisms, to achieve the goal of building the new rural moral base path.
