Abstract


This paper describes a new production control system developed from CONWIP and Pull KANBAN system as WIP control method implemented in semiconductor assembly and test factory. As application result, it gives the excellent performance on WIP inventory /production cycle time reduction and space saving. Prospects of the integrated production control methods are induced.
