Abstract


January 27, 1964, the People's Republic of China and the fifth republic established formal diplomatic relations at ambassadorial level. The move by the outside world called "foreign nuclear", France became the first major western countries maintaining diplomatic relations with China. Of course there are the influence of international environment, but more important is the influence of China's domestic politics. 1956 years later, China's domestic politics began to appear radical tendency, all kinds of political movement and the smoothness of the impact of the problem... The domestic political factors have made in China and France established formal diplomatic relations this had an impact on the decision making. This article, by establishing a set of standards, screen out the specific influence of diplomatic relations between the method of China's domestic political elements, aims to point out that China's domestic political struggle by intensifying, political atmosphere left-leaning, diplomatic decision-making mechanism of highly concentrated, the smoothness of the complexity of the problem, and the influence of mainland China to actively contribute to aspects of the method established diplomatic relations, but also overestimated the establishment of diplomatic relations effect. Through the clear these specific elements in the function of the establishment of diplomatic relations in the method, not only can the method established diplomatic relations to make a comprehensive evaluation, can also for the future of Chinese diplomatic decision-making to provide some enlightenment.
