Abstract


French pension reform bill in 2010 caused widespread concern in the world , and the rising voices of protest by the French people is filled with all the media headlines . After more than a century of development , the French retirement system has been developed . But since the 1990s , with the socio-demographic aging is becoming more serious , many developed countries continue their social security , in particular the pension system , a variety of reforms to deal with the new challenges of the new cases . The aging dilemma faced by the French retirement system is no different from other developed countries . However , due to the French social security spending , lower fees , and an earlier retirement age ( the retirement system in 2010 before the French retirement age to 60 years of age , the lowest in the European countries in the retirement age ) , particularly heavy burden of public expenditure . This paper on the origin and development of the French retirement system , as well as the various stages of the implementation of the reform , the focus of the several reforms since the past 20 years , especially in 2010, the latest major reform compared and analyzed to explore and research which successful experience with inadequacies , and also facing the problem of an aging population in China's current pension system reform , can learn from the experience . First part briefly the origins and the course of development of the French pension system to observe the analysis of the process of the formation of the basic principles of the retirement system operation , the old-age insurance to the growing popularity of the population at large , and the spate of retirement reform ; second part , since the 1990s retirement system, a comparative analysis : the specific reform measures what's the difference ? what is the impact on the national as well as national life ? third part of the focus of a major reform of the retirement system in 2010 , the analysis of the need for reform , which measures the specific these measures compared with the previous reform what are the pros and cons ; fourth part of the main analysis of the French retirement system problems and development prospects .
