Abstract


China has 1.3 billion people, 900 million in rural areas, land is the lifeblood of farmers. How to effectively address the current government action \Therefore, the focus of this study is to explore how to better play the role of the government only \The first chapter introduces the research background, significance, at Home and Abroad, purpose, method and content.
