Abstract


Lenin’s exploration on conduct of the ruling party is a significant contribu tion to socialism’s development in establishment of the proletariat regime of R ussia, the first socialist power in human history. And it is also a guide to scie ntific governance of the proletariat and sound development of socialism.This article elaborates the main content of Lenin’s exploration on conduct of the ruling party from six aspects.Construction of a party’s work style concer ns its future and destiny.bureaucratism and unhealthy tendency have always be en threatening cancer against a party and a nation. These are profoundly comp rehended by Lenin.A revolution depends on people and a nation belongs to its people. Improvement to conduct of the ruling party can never be separated fr om people’s support; on the other hand maintaining close ties with the mass a nd relying on people’s strength are important ways to overcome bureaucratism. Lenin realized that apart from persisting on mass line—mobilizing power of m asses, the ruling party has to search its own heart form internal, which is criti cism and self-criticism if it wants to improve its conduct. Only when a party i s skilled at criticism and self-criticism can it treats and loves people as family and keeps itself away from erosion of bureaucratism. Besides, Lenin made ins ightful and original annotations on enhancement of conduct of the ruling party and construction of an incorruptible government as well as separation of party and government.Lenin and Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) drew history on exploratio ns to Socialism especially on construction of ruling party. They provide with v aluable theory with their wits and foresights, and deserve our deliberation, refer ence and enlightenment for service to reality and construction of our nation.
