Abstract


Capillary Electrophoresis(CE) is a relatively new liquid separation technology, because of its high separation efficiency, separation speed, small amount of sample, highlight the advantages of low running costs much people of all ages. The past twenty years it has become a life science, environmental science, the preferred analysis of complex sample analysis technologies. This paper aims to design capillary electrophoresis chip signal detection system to improve the instrument’s signal detection and signal processing capabilities for the realization of capillary electrophoresis chip instrument made, intelligent, miniaturized to provide protection, with good social and economic significance.The article first introduces issues about the causes and research directions, and then elaborated on the issue of the use of technology in basic theory and techniques, and finally focuses on a " Design of capillary electrophoresis signal detection system based on LabVIEW " in the slave and the host of the detailed design and enabling technologies.
