Abstract


In the Ethnic minority areas of china,Villages and towns civil servant is executive in the villages and towns government. They not only promote economic growth of countryside for achieving comparatively good living standard, they but also solve complex nationality and religion issues for keeping countryside stability. Knowledge and technique are constantly updated because of high-speed society, newly emerging things and problem appear. In the exterior surroundings, it is so difficult to promote economic development for impoverished countryside of ethnic minority areas of china, which make more pressure for villages and towns civil servants. So countryside of ethnic minority areas need to adapt to rhythm of society and get opportunities of development. At the same time, which request them more high qualities. Training is one of ways to improve quality of civil servant. Training effectiveness is related to qualities of civil servant and long-term development of countryside. The article deeply analyze training problem of villages and towns civil servants in Aohan county through literature analysis, data chart method, social investigation, interview to provide consultation to solving problem training of villages and towns civil servants In the Ethnic minority areas of china.The article consists of five chapters. Which are introduction, summarization of civil servant training theory, present conditions of villages and towns civil servants training in Aohan county, effective suggestions of villages and towns civil servants training in Aohan county and conclusion. The article explains training problems of villages and towns civil servants in Aohan county which include unfit subject of training, bad training effectiveness and so on.training awareness, training fund and institutions cause the training problem above. The article solve such problems by making funding mechanisms, exchange of training, trianing effectiveness evaluation etc.
