The poverty of ethnic aeras was always one problem in our country’s project of anti-poverty, in recent years, after supporting from local governments and receiving help from our state, the project of anti-poverty in ethnic aeras had the huge achievement. Totally speaking, the poverty population was in decline, but in some area especially the depth of poverty-stricken areas, poor population didn’t reduce their Numbers. Therefore, how to alleviating the patterns of poverty becoming increasingly important, and the poverty of ethnic areas alleviation alleviated mode is deeply needed, so the discussion and argument of specific nation region has a certain practical meaning and theoretical significance.This paper based on the example of QianXiNan Bu and Miao autonomous prefecture in Guizhou province, by making reference to the relative poverty alleviation work experience and theory on the basis of research achievements, from the point of theoretical analysis after comparing kinds of poverty alleviation mode, combining the characteristics and functions of the QianXiNan ethnic areas in the specific geographical environment and culture、custom presents as a comprehensive, integrated, Meaing that the poverty alleviation mode has effective modern science and technology, based on local intrinsic features, and make the relevant public policy to solve the problems of poverty in national regions is an effective countermeasures. In certain material above, the author thinks that the project of anti-poverty in QianXiNan area by comparing with the other single poverty alleviation countermeasures’s superiority and the insufficiency, should integrated multiple poverty alleviation method, using a three-dimensional model of operation poverty alleviation. And with QianXiNan ethnic areas as an example, this paper discusses omnibearing project of anti-poverty mode nust brought about by the expected benefits, and the government should formulate the relevant policies. So as National regions must realize the poverty alleviation mode and the unity of government public policy.According to relevant data analysis in minority areas, the poverty alleviation work will be a long way to go,especially in national regions and deep poverty level,because of its large poverty area, weak infrastructure. Solving poor problems rely on a single poverty alleviation mode won’t make a long-term development mechanism, project of anti-poverty mode should be concerned, and the organic integration of three-dimensional mode should built, and by using modern technology advantage, in accordance with the impoverished parts of the ethnic inherent characteristics of formulating relevant public policy. In order to adjust measures to local conditions, the poverty alleviation model should based on orderly, complementary, practicability track. Poverty alleviation is not only a region alone and the task by some development-oriented poverty reduction method, but also the problem can be solved. It needs a variety of poverty alleviation mode effective by combine the government, enterprises, and other organizations joint efforts, including the core content of lies on how to make poverty population spontaneous to poverty, therefore, the poverty alleviation work should make a multi-angle view, use all the resources can be exploited to solve practical problems.
