Abstract


The educational activities of human beings originated in the exchanges, educational exchanges are a special kind of exchanges. Certain contacts and relations between teachers and students is always, no exchanges, educational relationship can not be established, educational activities, in essence, is the special relations between a teacher and student practice. This thesis is the essential attribute of the vocational education and special education from the start, in reference to the basis of relevant literature, interview, observation and survey methods to investigate the status of secondary vocational school teachers and students exchanges, to further explore vocational schools to build understanding of the type of teacher-student relationship strategies. The main point of this paper and the research content is divided into five parts: a description of the background, significance of the topic and research methods, and summarize the relevant literature and theory of communication between teachers and students and combing. Second, the definition of related concepts. The concept of the exchanges, the communication between teachers and students, and summarizes the essential characteristics of the communication between teachers and students. The form of a survey summarizes the status quo exchanges of teachers and students of vocational schools, reveals the vocational school teachers and students exchanges exist: a lack of understanding between a teacher and student. 2, the lack of informal contacts between teachers and students. 3, certain psychological distance and fear for the students in dealing with teachers. 4, the teachers union learning and performance of different differential treatment. 5 teachers with winners and backward survival attribution bias. 6, ignore the emotional exchanges between teachers and students. And further elaboration of the root causes of the problem: 1 Students' understanding of the status of the deviation of the teacher-student relationship, the traditional concepts of education obstacles exchanges between teachers and students. 2, the psychological characteristics of vocational students. 3, the class size is too large. Pursuit of teacher-student interaction tool value and forget the value of the purpose of the communication between teachers and students. 5, the social prejudices of vocational education four, on the basis of empirical investigation, combined with the reflections and aspirations of the students and teachers, summed up the strategy to build understanding of the vocational schools teacher-student relationship: 1, create a harmonious work environment, establish the correct students and teaching, 3, love the students. 4, in good faith to their students. 5, learn to be tolerant. 6 students equally. 7, harmonious teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching. 8, narrowing the teachers and students of the temporal and spatial distance, increase the frequency of teacher-student interaction. 9, to strengthen the teacher-student dialogue and communication. Conclusion: summary of the study illustrate the desire of this study and pointed out the limitations and shortcomings.
