Currently, college students’ crimes, especially female students’ crimes showed a rising trend, and the vicious crime is also gradually increasing. Reform and opening up three decades ago, the total of crimes committed by college female students increased, and the tendency of connecting with overseas had been more frequently. While committing the crime, female students were under the domination of criminal mentality. Formation of criminal psychology is the result of interaction of individual internal and external factors. The tendency of crime connecting with overseas and social environment, education system, changes in family structure is inextricably linked. Chapter I first analyzes the current status and the characteristics of the times about college students’crimes, including the rising of the number of the crime students committed, and the increasing of the types of crime, the expanding of the scope of the subject of crime, the significant changing in sex ratio, the high intelligence crimes. Then Analysis distinctive feature of female students’ crime, including non-independence, infectious, simple, hidden, relative stability, refractory. The tendency of crime connecting with overseas which committed by female students’ reflected in:More female students’ become the crime "Tools" of the overseas staff, committing crime using overseas resources, been used by criminals. ChapterⅡanalyzes the lead of crime connecting with overseas which committed by female students’, including the negative impact from the negative side of the social environment, the shortcoming of higher education system, the disorders of the family structure and the absence of family education, the failure of their own psychological adjustment and values-oriented error, sex characteristics of female college students’, domestic environment, these are all affecting the psychological development. To investigate the crime connecting with overseas which committed by female students’, first we should analysis the criminal psychology of female college students. They were described in ChapterⅢ, including a strong desire of vanity and pleasure, lonely, irrational psychological, comparisons, low self-esteem, sensitive to extreme, jealousy and imbalance, boredom, excitement, manic mood, abnormal psychology revenge to vent their anger. On this basis, chapterⅣanalyzes the harm of the crime connecting with overseas which committed by female students’. Including the harm to Their own, to society, and deep harm, reflected in three parts, the tremendous challenge for anti-drug work, the damage on China’s international image, more difficult to prevent than men and other women groups. ChapterⅤproposed some effective means of criminal justice to protect the female students who committing crime. Using flexibility standard when arrest of suspected criminal of female college students, according to specific procedures and systems to combat the crime connecting with overseas which committed by female students’, establish a social survey system. ChapterⅥproposed how to control and prevention the crime connecting with overseas which committed by female students’, including the control and prevention principles, the specific measures, to establish a sound linkage between schools and community crime prevention system, to explore how to guide self-education and self-restraint of female students.
