Abstract


Teachers and students are the most basic and the most important two groups in the university. The relationship between teachers and students restricts all aspects of education, a harmonious relationship between teachers and students not only can make a huge effect on education result, but also can promote physical and mental development of students and to make a harmonious society, which has a direct relationship to whether the goals of education can be implemented. Teacher-student relationship plays a key role in the construction of a harmonious body of students. Now we are living in a multiple times which is a new era of democracy and freedom, peace and development, web popularity, and the value of diverse age. The students have a certain degree of independent thinking and their self awareness, thinking, emotion and the will is relatively mature. As main body of students as the research object, to explore how to make the main body of students, how to improve teaching effectiveness, and how to achieve overall development of students which have a decisive significance on the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students .This thesis which Based on the explore of present situation,the problems and the causes of this problem which about teacher-student relationship and the analysis of emphasizing the importance of the main body of students in consisting the harmonious relations between teachers and students. To make main body of students′play level as Research project in the consisting of harmonious teacher-student relationship.Through the establishment of research goals, theoretical innovation, to carry out research and use other means to explore a theory and Practical Ways of the main body of students in harmonious relationship between teachers and students under the new age. The Paper is divided into three parts: The first part, analyzing the current status ,problems and the cause of this problems of teacher-student relationship.The second part, emphasizing the importance of main body of students in consisting the harmonious relationship between teachers and studentsThe third part, discussing the way of teacher-student relationship which make the main body of students. Understandably, there are also some shortages in this paper, particularly on the development measures and the strategy of promoting the healthy development of the relationship between teacher and student whose theoretical analysis is not enough, and needed further consummation and exacerbation
