Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, College undergraduate course graduation (design) paper has been changing from the traditional manual management to the computer management pattern. According to the status of domestic and foreign universities undergraduate thesis and progressive approach to the analysis of research, it is not difficult to find that most management platform can only let us upload and download electronic document or has several simple links in the completion of the thesis, Although many schools have improved it to the electronic management from the traditional manual management. If the thesis can not be collected, stored and used, they will be waste paper and greatly waste the practical value of the undergraduate thesis. So, depth study of the Undergraduate Thesis management has practical significance.We use JAVA language which is used wildly to constructe undergraduate thesis management platform, with J2EE as the platform and MVC model as a framework. Not only just be written once to run multiple environments, more explicit user roles and powers are ssigned to this management platform.After determining the whole idea of Undergraduate Thesis management platform and in which the user’s function in the needs analysis, it is necessary to meticulous research for what each user function should do, how to do and the interrelatedness between the several users. Using the framework these function modules layer are divided into modules of independence in the presentation and be linked together in the logical layer.Users are divided into the user auditor module, instructor module and student module by System platform. Specific module functions as follows: Auditor audit the subjects submitted by the instructor and audit opening reports and graduation paper ubmitted by the student and finally upload the students’thesis scores; Instructor submit paper subjects to the auditor and review and modify the opening report and thesis submitted by students; Students submit the opening report and thesis to the instructor and modify them.The system platform has a large database storage. This database can accommodate massive undergraduate thesis. Through this database, we can find and storage a thesis. Not only can it greatly improve the work efficiency of the instructor, but also allowsthe value of these data resources to be efficient use.Undergraduate thesis management platform is the product of the development of high-speed IT. The biggest advantages and innovation of this platform is that it clearly revealed the whole process of undergraduate thesis and let the instructor guide the student on line and has the function of save and query paper at later stage. Another advantage of this platform is to overcome the drawbacks of other management platforms that manage some simple links and communicate using tools such as QQ and E-Mail and so on. We are committed to construction a sound, comprehensive and intuitive platform. The construction of undergraduate Thesis management platform will be improved with the rapid development of computer. I believe that every college’s Undergraduate Thesis management platform will be connected to the network in our country. Undergraduate thesis resources can be saved and these platforms will greatly increase their value at the same time.
