Abstract


With HSPA+and other technologies’s widespread deployment in the WCDMA network and rapid spread of intelligent UE in the country, high-speed mobile packet service has become the fastest-growing service in China Unicom. The explosive growth of internet users and mobile packet traffic make the mobile integrated network management equipment and the maintenance of management equipment based on KPI challengable. As a result, How to design and construct a system which includes the whole process of signaling the user end-to-end mobile internet rendered, network quality, quality of service of applications and statistical analysis of terminal and user behavior is very important for operators to realize the operation of mobile packet services refinement.Based on the above background, this thesis starts from the mobile PS domain concepts and technologies, combined with the progress made by the mobile network circuit domain signaling monitoring system of the mobile PS domain signaling monitoring system design and construction ideas, and in accordance with China Unicom Signaling Monitoring System Functional Requirements Specification developed by the Group and Hebei province, China Unicom mobile PS domain networks status. Then, design and construction of Hebei Unicom mobile sub-network signaling monitoring systems is presented, including network structure, functional framework, hardware and software structure, as well as applications. Thirdly, the process of program implementation is described, including the problems found by the business during the test, optimization measures to improve the system, addition to the system after the completion of the practical application of some of the features show,etc.. Finally, research on the subject is summarized and the further research work is prospected.
