With the rapid development of mobile communication, and the increase of handheld mobile equipment, people have come to a mobile Internet age. Now many Internet experience extended to mobile devices to help users make full use of our time, quick and get the information, and the timely and social communication and relationship. This paper construct a mobile Internet proxy server, can allow developers to construct the function rich and innovative mobile applications.This paper research oriented to the mobile equipment terminal of the news, stocks and the weather the proxy server, this structure to improve the mobile terminal access speed, and at the same time to save the flow, more beneficial to the realization of the intelligent prefetching and, based on this the system architecture design, and based on integrated environment Xampp realized the workbench Linux system of mobile Internet proxy server. The operation of the system indicates that the structure not only in theory is feasible, and also can be used in practical application.Based on the current situation of the development of the mobile Internet, mobile agent server in the system structure and back-end, database and the design of the front server was studied. First of all, the server front design have two main aspects:first, user authentication and personalized negotiations; Second, the front end of the simple user interface, and according to different equipment definition of different interface. Second, the design of the server after basically has two aspects:first, the centralized service module and the real-time news, weather, and capture, filter stock and music providers; Second, real-time external service interface.
