Abstract


Article in Anqing City urban ordinary secondary school as the object of study, the use of literature, interview, questionnaire, method of field visits and mathematical statistical analysis of 11 ordinary middle school sports status quo conduct research and analysis, reveal the current impact of the development of major problem. The results show that: 1) the basic Anqing City, the number of secondary school teachers to meet the requirements, a smaller proportion of permanent staff; gender structure is irrational, the age structure is more reasonable, special structural imbalance; need to further improve the structure of education, job title; negative attitude of education and scientific research purpose of understanding is incorrect and lower academic standards; Some secondary schools inadequate emphasis on the training of physical education teachers. 2) sports ground configuration to meet the basic requirements, higher requirements the standard venues configuration less, and equipment with the lack of maintenance and updates slow. 3) urban middle school girls is not enough optimistic attitude on the teaching of physical education and health; physical education and health curriculum standards implementation is poor; graduating class of practical classes amount of hours does not meet the requirements of health theory course commencement poor: teaching with new curriculum reform requires the existence of a gap. 4) the sunlight sports in urban secondary schools to carry out unsatisfactory, most secondary schools can not guarantee that students hours of leisure activities; operation of the implementation of the situation is not optimistic, especially morning exercises carried out poor; the extracurricular sports training and competition in the form, content single, formalized serious. 5) the establishment of regulatory agencies comply with the basic requirements of the poor leadership of great importance to the case the grassroots management organization can not reasonably perform their functions, space, equipment managers lack, poor implementation of the management system, inspection and evaluation of the work is not perfect.
