Abstract


Teaching and research is a professional grass-roots organization, the internal school teachers for teaching and research is subject teachers to raise the level of expertise, sharing the basic unit of teaching experience and exchange of teaching and scientific research. Raising the level of teachers' professional and teaching methods, the study of law reform, teaching and research bears an important responsibility. The quality of teaching and research work is directly related to the quality of school teaching. For a long time, due to the influence of various factors, rural high school teaching and research failed to fully play its rightful role. The deepening of the reform of China's basic education, especially basic education, the implementation of the new curriculum, changing concepts of education and the education of rural teachers behavior challenges inherent requirements of the professional development of teachers in rural areas. There is an urgent demand of rural teaching and research to strengthen self-construction, to enrich the content of the teaching and research activities, improve the quality of teaching and research activities, and to promote the professional development of teachers in rural areas.
