Abstract


Senior high school physics teacher's professional development problem has been with the implementation of the new curriculum reform brought all participate in physical education teaching workers to attention, and into the study of positive. This research mainly through the questionnaire survey and the interview two ways in chengdu urban surrounding counties senior high school physics teacher in-service professional development was investigated and analyzed. From the survey found that most of the senior high school physics teacher education reform have the consciousness of lifelong learning, thinking and solid knowledge of the subject, but after the in-service professional growth process about in science culture and humanistic aspects of literacy, experiment design and innovation, advanced education concept, professional ideal, physical science frontier science and technology, physical science and other disciplines associated with the lack of knowledge to the teacher brought trouble. And show on the professional development training mode rejection, tired of. Therefore, this paper combined with the overseas advanced experience and domestic post-career education training situation, focus on the small school, put forward the physical teaching and research group, preparing for the group to create a learning team, perfect school physics teachers' professional growth evaluation mechanism, create physical teachers' professional growth of physical environment, etc to strengthen the senior high school physics teachers' professional growth pace.
