Abstract


Along with social progress and development of education , improve the quality of secondary school teachers calls for more and more high , lifelong education, the training of secondary school teachers have been on the agenda . The adopted training mode directly influence to improve the speed of the secondary school in-service teacher professional quality paper mainly discusses the characteristics of the secondary in-service teachers of school-based training mode and operational strategies in order to guide the training of secondary school teachers .
