Abstract


Based on the project management problems in the field of software industry and the current situation of project research and development process of Qingdao Gaoxiao Information Industry CO,.LTD. in this paper. The common problems of software industry, was analyses that focused on the software research and development management, using the research and development management theory as the guild, summarize the shortcoming and discuss cooperative systems between research and development and other developments in order to find a solution suitable for Qingdao Gaoxin.It could receive good results in practice in manpower estimates research and development project management and schedule control from building software engineering workload measurement model based on the correlation factor creatively and trying to achieve as a software management tool which was also the innovation point of this paper.The product planning, research, demonstration to the marketing, sales, subsequent business negotiations, the project development after signing the implementation of the project and after service of the projects of Qingdao Gaoxin., were all researched and designed that was strive to specific operating points instead of the broad form of advice and to be significant of design of System of the project management rules.
