Abstract


With the rapid development of modern information technology in the21st century, computer application technology in different areas in different industries has been widely popular, while driving the pace of development of library automation, networking and digitization. Modern society is the increasing demand for information, the books in the library also will greatly increase the way of traditional library management has been unable to adapt to the information needs of the community now able to meet various institutions of higher learning in succession for the library to purchase the collections library management system of the growing demand. Therefore, the combination of the basic requirements of the modern library management system, Dalian Vocational and Technical College Library management system as the research object, the Struts framework and MVC design pattern developing Web-based library management system, through the B/S structure so that readers can use the browsers convenient library management and borrow. To meet the need of the ordinary vocational colleges library management.
