Abstract


With the competition in the global market is more and more intense and thepressure of capital market is increasing, the major oil companies have been adjustedtheir organization actively. From thin, flat organization to split, merger andconsolidation, these changes are ongoing. During the process of these changes,various oil giants more and more emphasis on the use of knowledge resources such asarchives, which accumulated inner organization. Because the archive is a true historyrecord of the practice origin from human society, it has economic and historical valuehighly.In order to efficiently manage the use of these valuable asset archives. Theresearch project on the basis of the understanding of the present situation Introductionof best practices at Domestic and foreign, Strive for world-class benchmark systemfor purpose. Implementation of sophisticated management, to build enterprise recordsmanagement application framework.The main works of this dissertation are as follows: research and analysis of newtheory and information technology of record management at Domestic and foreign.Based on record lifecycle management the application is developed to manageenterprise records management business. To meet the entire enterprise recordsmanagement, authenticity and integrity’s requirements. In this paper, propose amethod based on the headquarters of the record management system architecturedesign, security policy design and functional architecture design, to ensure effectiveenterprise record sharing and knowledge utilization. To the headquarters of the largerecord performance management system will face a risk analysis, presented the keyperformance indicators system requirements and architecture level solution ideas.Finally, a summary is concluded and the future record management study directionsare indicated in this dissertation.
