Abstract


Management software Requirement is the key factor of Modern software project. It is the essential of software development process as an important decision factor. Scientific management of requirements and Changes has become the problem that our project must confront and solve. At present the domestic methods of Requirements management and change management are mainly concentrated in tools and process. Though instruments and processes to some extent, will increase the degree of effectiveness in the scope requirements management, but not the guarantee of success. We must find the cause, then find different solution to different cause, so different projects can adopt different needs of the control method in order to increase the success rate.We will introduce basic knowledge in the first, which involve:requirements management, requirements engineering, requirements management of CMM, and the scope of management in PMBOK. Over time and accumulated experience, knowledge of demand management are constantly accumulated and updated. We described the latest theoretical and combined with some of the concepts. And then we summarized the literature in the areas at home and abroad. For domestic research, we summarized the academic literature published over the years. For overseas research, we summarized the arguments in the teaching books, and learned some requirements management tool provided by the well-known enterprises.In the second part of the article, we will research and analysis through questionnaire research in order to find the main causes. We think the main causes included five categories: requirements management, requirements development, the project team comprehensive ability, the customer management, customers Business professionally competent.Finally, we introduced methods of the software requirements changes. One method-is the process maturity framework of CMM. Another method describes how the method used in practice, that is the knowledge of project management. Both of above, we proposed the importance of customer management in software requirements, that is the field not given sufficient attention.
