Abstract


Purpose of school education, students develop healthy personality is bound to involve educators in their own educational beliefs. Individual teachers, teacher growth necessarily involves their own beliefs in education. The purpose of the new curriculum reform, the improvement of teacher education beliefs, certainly can not be successfully completed. Basic and critical view of primary education in the entire educational process, the professionalism of the primary school teachers is undoubtedly very important. With our comprehensive proposed to achieve the goal of quality education and the continuous progress of the new curriculum reform, new courses in the new curriculum reform concept, teaching and moral education concept presented new challenges for primary school teachers. Primary school teachers face a variety of challenges and problems in the teaching practice will inevitably produce a confused or confused, which to varying degrees, affect the educational outcomes and teaching effectiveness, thereby affecting the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform, and finally growth in students and teachers own development is also unfavorable. For this, we propose that we should pay attention to the education of primary school teachers beliefs in the context of the new curriculum reform. Because only the belief system of teacher education is to improve, to be able to help the teachers to accept the challenge and continue to enhance self-Teacher professionalism with conviction and good state, so as to give full play to the advantages of the new curriculum reform, like a duck in the teaching process. In this study, first an overview and analysis of the particularity of beliefs in education, primary education and primary school teachers, and the background of the new curriculum reform and educational beliefs defined. On this basis, the importance and particularity of the primary school teachers, pointing out that the author closely linked to the beliefs of education reform in the context of the new curriculum education of primary school teachers should uphold the conviction. Different seniority in the three groups of primary school teachers in a primary author location interviews investigation, and after the interview recording material analysis, results show that the primary there is a lot of understanding of the issue of teachers' educational beliefs inadequate or missing, the status quo there is a big difference on the the educational beliefs requirements of primary school teachers with the new curriculum reform. In this regard, the author produce this difference from the perspective of sociology, psychology and pedagogy. Finally, develop teachers' educational beliefs influencing factors - personal experience, school culture, self-reflection - analysis, I proposed to promote the the reasonable educational beliefs develop recommendations - that is a positive philosophy of life, the creation of a harmonious school The educational beliefs atmosphere, to improve the professionalism of teachers.
