The system studied and developed in this thesis provides anonline trading platform for lovers of art and collectibles.The auction upload auction items photo, name, description, proof of identificationinformation to the website.Bidders can search, view auctions for items of interest,andalso can participate in the auction.The system in accordance with a predetermined timeauction items, and finally goods belong to the highest bidder for Auction.The auctionadministrator responsible for the audit the auction qualification or bidder of the auctionand the user qualification, is also responsible for dealing with trade disputes andcomplaints.After the success of the auction, the bidder temporary put trading gold onthe website,then auctioneer shipments, bidders receive the item and confirm, the sitepay to the auctioneer.The site connecte to the banks, logistics companies,telecommunications companies, for the settlement of the transaction,so ti can determinethe shipping and receiving, and timely notify auctioneer and bidders.System constituted by the five functional modules.Each module consists ofrequirements analysis, outline design, database design, user interface, core data resultsand operating interface, the key code and flowcharts, etc.The system design is based onthe MVC pattern, divided into the user interface, business logic and data manipulationthree layers.System development based on JSP technology, using Tomcat as a Webserver, the MySQL database management system to store data.
