Abstract


Primary education management is related to the level of development of the primary and secondary education , is related to the level of quality of primary education , related to do the people's satisfaction the purposes of education , but also related to the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform and quality education . Traditional primary education level management can not meet the development requirements of the new era and the development of education in China has become the bottleneck of the education reform and development . This is an urgent task placed in front of educational administrators and educational researchers . The study in the full literature comb and the status quo based on , first , on the background to the study , the significance of the study , research ideas and methods were described , and thus laid the foundation for the launching of the study ; in the second part of strengthen the people-oriented concept of people-oriented management model of primary education . The third section analyzes the main problems of primary education management , mainly with the following issues : outdated educational concept , emphasizing the experience of management ; management system followed the traditional Chief of strong color ; management paradigm focus on Branch layer management , overly instrumentalized ; examination-oriented education ridden , management tend utilitarian ; lack of democratic management , a serious lack of teachers as the subject . In the study last a part of , the above problems proposed the building people-centered primary school education management mode of countermeasures : changes in the educational concept to establish a people-oriented ; reform the management system , focus on school-based management ; update management paradigm to increase flexible management ; improve the democratic management play The main body of teachers ; enhance cultural development , and create a harmonious school .
