Abstract


Thesis to the main school office automation systems, discusses the use of computertechnology, network communication technology in the school office to solve the actualsituation encountered, consider the quality of office staff and office practices andnetwork status and cumbersome digital information, the use of an existing software andhardware resources of the premise, finally developed a suit of the school’s officeautomation system.The system for school staff to bring the convenience and reduce a lot of manpower,material resources, saving a lot of paper, reducing working hours, to avoid delays inofficial documents, and thus the work efficiency has been a very large increase in timeto use the College various types of information and data on school staff has been quickand easy sharing of information, to the school to create an objective economic benefits.This system is in accordance with the construction of Sichuan Vocational forpaperless requirements, from basic environment for the hospital up to achieve. Effectiveintegration of the college status, status with a college in the traditional paper-basedoffice automation, information exchange within two Academy telephone-based, threeinformation technology departments with varying degrees of difference is relativelylarge, four faculty the large gap between the level of computer knowledge and workhabits vary, five departments of the software for each purchase and can not be limited tolocal interaction.
