Abstract


Student volunteer organizations is the same inclination or the interest of students and voluntary organizations approved by the school authorities amateur mass organizations and the campus culture is an important carrier of hidden curriculum. Students on campus culture and voluntary organizations are the main carriers of hidden curriculum is the primary means of personnel training college, but also in the new situation of college students in an important way to ideological and political education. Students present the definition of the concept of voluntary organizations, there is considerable controversy. Meanwhile, the current voluntary organizations, college students, many problems still exist.In this paper, to be held during the General Assembly of world music as a case study by the voluntary organizations from this temporary organization was founded, run and complete the task in the process, to analyze and study the management of voluntary organizations, current students and how the current problems in the new situation College Students under construction and management of voluntary organizations, voluntary organizations for the management of university students to make some positive suggestions and comments.
