Abstract


Product production test is a comprehensive test for the product function, and test data is an important standard for ex-work. During the product test, a large number of judgments for test data need to be made. For some subjective reasons, there has been a misjudgment or omission of judgment for test data, thus failing to give a comprehensive test to the product function, which indicate a hazard in the system of test data judgment. The inefficiency of test data judgment has seriously affected the progress of the production. The test data judging system could automatically pick out the test data which need to be judged and finish the comparison of test data and standard data as well as the analysis of test data. It can quickly locate the fault, save a lot of time which should be spent on the analysis of the test data by hand, thus improve the accuracy of judgment of test data. The test data judging system can quickly provide useful, objective and accurate results and avoid misjudgment or omission of judgment for test data by people.In accordance with the requirements for the development of the test judging system, an overall structure of the test data judging system is made based on a detailed analysis of the needs for the test data judging system. The paper also gives transaction flow diagrams, use case diagrams and conceptual class diagram, and describes the use case. In the system design, an overall design and module design is made on the system. The main module of the system include control module, data conversion module, standard generation module, data interpretation module and interface display and fault location module. The paper also lists functional structure diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and processing flowchart for module design. It elaborates the design content, makes interface design and a detailed plan by using the entity class diagram. The development and test of the test data judging system is also completed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the test data in production process, the test data judging system is aimed to meet the needs of product production. It combines the data interpretation with user’s requirements and could quickly display the interpretation of the results. It is user-friendly and has a visual human-computer interaction interface as well as good fault tolerance. Relevant message will be provided when operating errors occur.
