Abstract


Along with the development of seience and technology, modern information office is more and more popular, a variety of mass breeding applications. A variety of software available, improved the work efficiency of people, vast amounts of computing statistical operations such as work by the computer software to complete all, liberation and improves the production efficiency greatly.Along with software to use at the same time, a series of problems caused by the software is also more and more. Such as:software cannot meet the needs of customers, demand changes, the software can’t or it’s hard to do the corresponding change. Software projects cannot be in accordance with the expected goals, the expected requirements; Software delivery after all sorts of problems emerge in endlessly, and so on and so on. Where are the causes of these problems then? To sum up, is probably this several:user needs change too fast, can’t grasp; Selects the technical route is wrong, encountered technical difficulties; Software project management mistake, lost control; Due to some personnel changes lead to project failure. So far, generally generally summed up as "due to the low level of software engineering", and then’s prescription is "adopts the mode of development of software engineering".But why always repeat the same or similar problems? This should cause our attention and reflection. With the highly integration of modern information technology, intensive, trends, software function also more and more, more and more complex. Software program is written by the original single single function module, to a lot of people to write very complex functions, in this transition, we ignore to the standardization of the software project management, and management efforts, or didn’t find good method to carry out effective management.SEI CMMI by the Carnegie Mellon university put forward, which provides a software engineering achievement and management framework, is dedicated to software enterprises how to guarantee the quality of software products and improve the management level of software enterprise, its predecessor is the CMM. CMM/CMMI as the mouth in the software industry popular software production process evaluation standards, has been recognized by the international software industrySo, this article is based on the above purpose, discussing how to combining with CMMI based framework, design a set of software project information management software, help people to manage software project effectively.
