Abstract


With the development of National student loans, the data amounts are increasing rapidly.so traditional manual calculations can not meet the requirement of the reality. at the same time,educational administration department, economic department people demand for higherperformance of the accuracy and time-efficient of National student loans.At present, the system of National student loans are still at the study step, minoritydevelop the national student loans information management system, but weakness can not beavoided. In order to improve management level, a new national student loans informationmanagement system with complete function and scientific construction is needed by Jilinprovince.National student loans information management system is based on TCP/IP and theinternet platform it applies the Web technology, relational database XML Java/J2EE and so onto develop the distributed applications in the system. The platform has the followingcharacteristics:1Platform independentNational student loans information management system adopt the java language, so thecorrelation between operating system is small, so that it is easy to transplant. It has a greatadvantage on seamless integration.2Strong extensibilityThe national student loans information management system is a architecture with bothbusiness and technology. it is easy to realizes the new business and the connection with othersystem.3high-securityAAA （Authentication, Authorization, Accounting） is the critical section of thesystem. we designed the AAA platform, it can accomplish the function of flexiblecertifications authorization and User Account Control and the platform can reserve theextension points. You can make the extension according to your requirement.Jilin province national student loans information management system has three safetylayer including operating system database and management system itself. It provides the tracefunction to the sensitive data and the change information can be record. Additionally, theplatform includes the education student loans information management system universitystudent loans economic department student loans and platform management system. The mainfunctions are as followed:1Education student loan management system includes five modules: information management, national student loan information browsing, information query, statisticalanalysis, data auditing project of loan2The college student loan management system includes six modules they are loanapplication, information management, loan management, and integrated query statistics3. Financial institution loan management system including five modules they are loans,repayment, statistical inquiries, loan collection and data reporting.4. College student loan management system includes four modules they are loanapplication information browsing, to apply for student loans, repayment information andpersonal information management.5. Platform management and data exchange system is the core of the whole platform it isthe information platform extension and is also the management interface, and data storage,data exchange platform.The core modules have been accepted by Jilin Province Education Information Centerand the Jilin Provincial Education Loan Management Center, the platform is developed anddebugged Combined with the actual situation of Changchun University of Technology, JilinAgricultural University, Changchun University and other university. After the successfuldevelopment, the platform will be deployed by Jilin province education loan managementcenter and unified organization of the province’s first42public universities, it will be furtherapplied in the province to other colleges and universities in China The time of student loansystem implementation is short, the perfect student loan system has not been formed,therefore, policy adjustment, the loan process adjustment problems inevitably, the system willbe upgraded with the policies and procedures of adjustment in the implementation process.
